You really want to know why? It's because I got sick of these companies like Sony telling me what to do with the hardware that I bought. It's mine and I will use it how I please. Whether that to mod games online or turn my PS3 into a home theater PC with Linux, it's my console and I'll use it to it's fullest potential.
